Granary Arts is a contemporary art space dedicated to exhibitions and education, and it serves as an anchor for artistic activity and community.

Granary Arts:

Exhibits local, regional, and international artists, with particular attention to place and community.
Provides educational opportunities through programming, outreach, and cultural events.
Fosters collaborative relationships with individuals, organizations, and communities.


The Granary building was originally built in 1876 to store wheat and was a part of Fort Ephraim. It was later converted into a roller mill then was left empty for several decades. In 1991 the building was renovated and became an independent art space.
