After the Helper Projects Committee disbanded in 1999, a new committee was immediately formed – the Utah’s Christmas Town. This new group of organizers included Jodi and Kirk Mascaro, Brenda Deeter, Vicky Miller and Kari Richardson, who are still carrying on this beloved holiday tradition to the present day. Mark Montoya has chaired the festival for the past 15 years.
There are plenty of opportunities to take part this year over the three weekends of celebration, from the Annual Christmas Craft Fair at the Helper Auditorium on Nov. 20th and 21st, to the Lights On Ceremony on Nov. 27th, to the grand finale when the Electric Light Parade rolls down Main Street on Friday and Saturday, Dec 4th and 5th.
Come join us and be a part of our unique and charming historic town this Christmas.
