Past President's Council of the Salt Lake Council of Women

The Past President’s Council of the Salt Lake Council of Women, in partnership with the Parks department, sponsor the Peace Garden Festival on the third Saturday in September each year. The festival is held from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. Admission is free.
