Steampunk can be difficult to define as it encompasses many different things. On the one hand Steampunk is a type of literature based on Victorian science fiction such as works by H.G. Wells or Jules Verne. On the other, Steampunk is a popular cultural movement that takes many of the ideas presented in these books and applies them to fashion, music, and all different parts of a person’s lifestyle.
