Now Playing Utah is a charitable service that showcases transformative cultural experiences across Utah. Support is provided by:

Salt Lake Academy of Music (SLAM)’s award-winning* team of music educators and concert presenters provide equitable and inclusive sliding fee scale access to musical instruments, award-winning instruction, performance, recording, and touring for any child in Salt Lake County.  Services are provided in our state-of-the-art Sugar House studios with concerts staged statewide.  SLAM also serves professional musicians, adult hobbyists, and seniors.

COVID-19 UPDATES & INFORMATION

Our Response to COVID-19:

Since reopening in May 2020 SLAM has a 100% pre-and-post COVID-19 safety record for in-person services without incident.  In accordance with State of Utah guidelines (or at our discretion) we require:

- Temperature at the door
- Masks/face covering
- Social distancing
- Acrylic virus guards (as needed or on request)

SLAM also offers online instruction.
