Salt Lake Academy of Music (SLAM)

Salt Lake Academy of Music (SLAM) provides Utah’s youth with free-to-fee access to musical instruments and award-winning instruction.  With both year-round and summer camps, lessons, performance, recording, production, and touring programs – all students have to do is show up, practice, and learn.  SLAM also serves adult hobbyists, professionals, and seniors in our state-of-the-art Sugar House studios where we have hosted artists such as Todd Rundgren, Taking Back Sunday, members of Panic! At the Disco, Robert Cray, many local bands and students!

COVID-19 UPDATES & INFORMATION

Our Response to COVID-19:

Since reopening in May 2020 SLAM has a 100% pre-and-post COVID-19 safety record for in-person services without incident.  In accordance with State of Utah guidelines (or at our discretion) we require:

– Temperature at the door
– Masks/face covering
– Social distancing
– Acrylic virus guards (as needed or on request)

SLAM also offers online instruction.

The above are subject to change without notice, based on current COVID-19 conditions.
