Tony Caputo, Caputo’s proprietor, and his son Matt, are locally renowned for their ability to select and create delectable and authentic food products from Italy, Spain, Greece, France and other Southern European countries.

The Caputo’s culture promotes a love for all things food: cooking, gathering, sharing, and learning. We’ve taken our wealth of knowledge and our passion for food to another level with our cooking and tasting classes. Our in-house educators offer a vibrant atmosphere to learn regional recipes and traditions to implement into any home kitchen.

Tasting classes are taught by award winning educator, Matt Caputo. Guests are given an in-depth look into the world of fine cheese, charcuterie, and chocolate.  Our entusiasm for food is exemplified in our exciting, thorough classes.
