The Utah Strong Recovery Project is a free program provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. It is run locally by the Utah Department of Human Services. We provide emotional support and mental health education to help people find strength and resilience through the COVID-19 Pandemic. Services include individual and family emotional support, education presentations, and support groups.
The services are free and no appointment is needed. You can call or text 385.386.2289 or email firstname.lastname@example.org daily from 7am to 7pm.
We provide virtual services as well as in-person services with the appropriate precautions.
