Women's Artistic Leadership Initiative

Women’s Artistic Leadership Initiative works to educate and empower young female artists to become future leaders—both in the arts and elsewhere—by equipping them with both leadership skills and business acumen, and engaging them in the community with a network of professional mentors. In doing so, we aim to address the statistically-demonstrated lack of women’s leadership in the arts industry and to enhance diversity across arts organizations.
