Thomas A.J. Carlson is a Park City artist and sculptor with studios located in the high elevation aspen forests of the Wasatch Mountains next to the Deer Valley ski resort. Primarily working in oil on linen, Carlson uses thin pigment and a dusty palette to capture the poetic sense of Utah’s vast spaces, distant views, and uniquely beautiful light.
