Hey there! Thanks for checking out my website. I’m an artist based out of Salt Lake City. If you’re wondering about my name, chromatophores are pigment containing cells in octopi, cuttlefish, squids, and some kinds of algae. I love biology and science, and I hope my art reflects a little bit of that love.

My art is an exploration of my relationship with the natural world. Nature is an etherial escape for me, a way for me to travel to another world and explore. Initially, my art was a way for me to escape into a world that I created; however, through practice art has become a way for me to articulate and process feelings and reflect on both the difficult and beautiful moments in my life.
