Current program: UCA members who want a mentor can access a list of people working in culture who've offered to be a mentor, and then reach out to the mentor directly.

New program (in the works): We want to add more structure so the burden of work isn't on the mentee. We also want to add an option for new organizations to be mentored by existing organizations.

Cost: UCA membership ($100 a year for individuals, $25 for students)
