EVENT + FACILITY MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, schedule and execute all types and sizes of events

• Meet with clients to assess their needs and determine purpose of event

• Set objective, meet with organizers, vendors to develop an agenda • Help promote events and develop advertising plans

• Help install and deinstall exhibitions, paint and putty the walls

• Make sure all of the lighting is set and all light bulbs are working • Make sure the building and services of the buildings are up to standards

• Cleaning, Security, Parking

•Make sure the surrounding environment is kept up

• Make sure office systems are working including printer, phone, computer

• Assist in the gallery, greet patrons, promote exhibitions, assist in sales

• Availability after hours for events
