Salt Lake County (County) on behalf of its Arts & Culture Division is soliciting proposals from qualified Artists, living in the state of Utah, to participate in an open competition for works of art for the Regent Street Black Box at the Eccles Theater located at 144 Regent Street, Salt Lake City Utah. Up to $30,000.00 has been designated for the art obtained through this process.

The County plans to contract with an Artist or Artist Team, to create a unique mural that will be installed in the Regent Street Black Box stairwell and box office lobby.
