Work with Patron Services Management Team to develop and manage effective Usher staff. Implement and maintain Front of House procedures to provide optimal customer service at Center for the Arts venues. Provide quality customer service to patrons attending events in the performing arts venues and assist in event safety, preparation, and management of ushers.
