Spring is around the corner and ART-TELL is scheduled April 13-18.  This year’s adult artist entries are encouraged to follow the theme “The Spice of Life” for the juried art exhibit which is part of this weeklong celebration of storytelling and visual arts. Art work can be painting, drawing, photography, three dimensional, sculpture, fabric arts, etc.
