"The Cultural Awareness Committee at Salt Lake County Division of Youth Services has a small budget to purchase art. Because we serve youth and families, we are looking for art that will resonate with them. Specifically, we are looking for colors/themes that evoke feelings of hope and resiliency. As part of this, the Cultural Awareness Committee is most interested in supporting artists from backgrounds that reflect who we serve in our programs: youth, people from under-represented communities, refugees, immigrants, people of color, people with disabilities, etc."
