Our next SUAG art show at the Red Cliff Gallery will be “Fall Splendor” art show and will run from September 8 through October 7. Artist Awards Reception will be held Friday, September 10, from 6-8pm with live music and refreshments.

Art check in will be Wednesday, September 8, from 12-5pm. You may enter up to 3 pieces. There will be no size limiation. All media may be entered. Please note that entries should be created within the past 2 years and have not been shown in a previous Red Cliff Gallery Show. Entrance fee is $15 for 1 piece and $20 for 2-3 pieces. To enter you must be a paid SUAG member for 2021 SUAG Application. Please see below fillable Show Application and Back of Artwork Tags for registration. Art pickup is Friday, October 8, from 8am-12pm.

We ask that everyone wear a mask at art check in and also at the art reception.

The judging criteria for all shows is:

• Adherence to the Theme
• Creativity
• Composition
• Use of Light and Color

The award system will be in 3 categories for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place (2D wall art – all painting, drawing, pastels, and mixed media), photography and 3D art.

We are excited to increase our monetary award level in each category for 2021. The new dollar award allocation is as follows:

• Best of Show - $150
• 1st Place - $75 each Category
• 2nd Place - $50 each Category
• 3rd Place - $35 each Category
•  8 Honorable Mentions – (4 for painting, 2 each for photography and 3D) $15 each Category
• People’s Choice Award from previous art show - $30
