WE ARE HIRING-- NEW PART TIME POSITION AVAILABLE -- ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT!

The Administrative Assistant plays an integral role in the Helper Saturday Vibes Management Team with strong communication and organizational skills as it relates to the administration and fiscal management of our events. Main Duties include, managing all accounts payable and receivable, bi-monthly payroll, bank deposits, monitoring sales in alignment with the annual budget, general office administration and organization, checking the PO Box, assistance on the day of events, and ensuring the event is up to date with current regulations and in compliance with the DABC, Insurance, Helper City, and the Tax Commission.
