The Utah Arts Alliance is hiring for an executive manager position.

The Executive Manager plays a critical role in the UAA's leadership. They plan, coordinate, and implement key strategies, projects, and timelines and oversee staff and key independent contractors under the direction of the Executive Director. Unites the UAA team to amplify productivity and impact. Initiates strategic plans to ensure all organizational functions are efficient and productive. Assures that short-term goals are aligned with the long-term goals of the Organization. Acts as a trusted advisor to the Executive Director.
