Doors to a beautiful Kayenta residence will open at 7 p.m., light refreshments will be served and the concert will begin at 7:30. This is an advance ticket purchase only event. Admission is $50; $20 of which is a tax deductible donation eligible for the 3-to-1 challenge to benefit the Center for the Arts. Space is limited. The tentative playlist includes: Usher’s Waltz N. Koshkin (b.1956), Variations on a Theme of Sor M. Llobet (1878-1938), Suite Del Recuerdo J.L. Merlin (b. 1952) and Koyunbaba C. Domeniconi (b.1947).

Dave holds a Masters of Music in Performance (emphasis Classical Guitar) and a Bachelors of Music in Education. He has studied under eminent guitar pedagogue Adam Foster (Tantalus Guitar Quartet) and international virtuoso touring and recording classical guitarist Ricardo Cobo. He is currently head of guitar studies at Tuacahn High School for the Performing Arts with experience as an adjunct professor at Dixie State University for 5 years. Along with being a prominent teacher in the area, he is also a performing guitarist with experience at Tuacahn Center for the Arts and performing with chamber groups throughout Southern Utah and Nevada.
