Public Meditation Talk “Tolerance & Compassion: Becoming a Better Person to Create a Better World ” with Gen Kelsang Rigpa

About the Meditation Talk:

Learn methods and meditations that we can take into our daily life to start creating a better world for ourselves and the people around us. This topic is very poignant at this time. We are fortunate to have Gen Rigpa visiting from Los Angeles to give this public talk on how we can improve ourself for the benefit of ourself and others. Come along to see how we can use methods of meditation and modern Buddhism in our daily life to create a better world.

Gen Rigpa will be teaching directly in reference to Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book →The New Eight Steps to Happiness.
