Join a gathering of souls at sundown on the shores of the Great Salt Lake for an experiential, contemporary, non-denominational, trans-cultural, inclusive ceremony — to express your own grief and help hold the grief of others.
Do you feel grief that runs like an undercurrent in your life? Are you looking for a way to shift it, address it, tend to it? Tending grief means holding it, together as a community, like the strong banks of a river that allows the river to move and flow . . . to let grief move as it wishes. This gathering is body-based, expanding and allowing, not many words. Whether you are actively grieving for a personal loss or feel grief for the world, this twice-yearly gathering will create space in you for greater joy. Introverts welcome.
