Join us at the Gallivan Center for great food, spirits, and entertainment to raise funds for those suffering with Migraines in our community.
The Danielle Byron Henry Migraine Foundation was established in March 2016 to increase public awareness of migraine disease and its impact on patients, their families, and society. Our mission is to provide support and access to treatment for those living with migraine disease, especially young adults and children.
Stay tuned for details on some fantastic auction items, including VIP tickets with airfare to The Ellen Degeneres Show in Los Angeles; hotel, airfare, and tickets to “Hamilton” in Chicago; a Sundance Film Festival package; a one-week stay at Grand Solmar in Cabo San Lucas; and MORE! More about the foundation:
Thanks to your generous support, we were able to fund these programs in our first year:
Headache School in conjunction with the University of Utah Neurology Department, featuring free bi-monthly educational sessions followed by therapeutic yoga.
Support Group for Adolescents offers a free, professionally moderated support group for individuals between the ages of 13 – 19 with migraine.
Currently, we are working to establish additional support groups and training programs for primary care providers to recognize and treat migraine disease. Our dream and the ultimate goal of our foundation is to help build a comprehensive migraine treatment center in Utah.
