This annual event has a long history of 20+ years bringing art, music and vendors to Helper which serves as a catalyst for economic activity in our rural community. For the second time ever we are working to implement a film component to present award winning UT based films and introduce the art of filmmaking to our local area youth.

This is a well-established event which is supported by a group of dedicated volunteers within the community. The originating purpose of the Festival was to reinvigorate our historic Main Street with working studios and galleries as well as bringing art, music and entertainment to our community. Further, the Festival is a point of pride and unifying event for all sectors of the community – businesses, artists, educators and our local area youth.
