Learn fondant cake decorating from one of Utah’s best pastry chefs!
Learn how to color and apply fondant with Chef Rebecca Millican, former Executive Pastry Chef of la Caille Restaurant. Students will learn how to use crimpers, practice piping royal icing, and learn the art of brush embroidery. A one-layer Styrofoam dummy will be used instead of a real cake. While this class does not have any pre-requisites, it is intended for professionals and serious enthusiasts. You will be able to take home your cake at the end of the program.
This class will be held in Salt Lake City, at our new teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street. All ages are welcome. Included with your class are the Styrofoam dummy, aprons, recipes, and all the tools you will need. There is no minimum experience necessary.
