St. George Races and the St. George Firefighter's Association are joining forces to make one of the coolest 5k's in town--- the Moonlight Firehose Frenzy!

This can't miss 5k will take runners through the streets of Historic Downtown St. George. Throughout the course, the St. George Firefighter's Association will be out with SGFD Fire Trucks, spraying water on runners! There will be the option to get wet or to stay dry.

Our friends at Foam Frenzy will be at the starting line, spraying foam on the runners as well. Additionally, there will be a foam pit after the race (starting at 9:00 pm and will conclude at 10:30 pm, times subject to change). A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit the Utah Burn Center and the St. George Fire Fighters Association.

PLEASE BE AWARE, THIS IS NOT AN OFFICIALLY TIMED EVENT. IT WILL BE A FUN RUN AND NO RACE RESULTS WILL BE POSTED.  We encourage all of our participants who want to know their finish time to wear a watch at the event to time themselves.
