This is a Retro Sprint Triathlon that consists of a 3.1 mi run, 12.1 mi bike, and a 300-yard swim. There is an individual event and a team event that races at the same time.

The team event can have up to 3 people and no less than 2. Each team member will complete a section of the race before passing the timing chip on to their teammate.

There is also a kid's race that happens after the adult race. Ages 5-12 will complete .25 mile run, 1-mile bike, and a 100-yard swim.
