Jacqueline Balderrama is a poet, teacher, and editor practicing a reduced-waste lifestyle with her husband in Salt Lake City. She attends the University of Utah as a doctoral candidate in literature and creative writing. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in Blackbird, Poet Lore, New Ohio Review,  Hayden’s Ferry Review, and other journals.
