BT - This Binary Universe : LISTEN

BT - This Binary Universe : LISTEN

Presented by EnvelopSLC at EnvelopSLC

About this Event

Inspired by the birth of his daughter, BT created an ambient symphony of synthesis and custom-made software instrumentation that became a series of lullabies for his new child. Reviewer John Diliberto adeptly wrote in 2006 that "BT reveals himself as a master of Eno-esque melancholy, as simple melodies evolve through an electro-orchestral instrumental palette." The album was intentionally mixed for DTS 5.1 surround sound at the time, and we've upmixed this gorgeous production to be fully immersive within Envelop spaces.

LISTEN is a series of iconic album listenings in Envelop, allowing us to be within the music.

Envelop SLC is located at 660 North 300 West. Doors close 15 minutes after the start time. This is an all-ages event.

8 PM General Admission | 7:30 PM Doors | 8:00 PM Start
