Cat's and Cocoa

Presented by Utah's Hogle Zoo at Utah's Hogle Zoo

Big cats love Utah winters and the cold temperatures have them showing off their thick, lush winter coats. Zookeepers will hold training demonstrations the cats will have special themed enrichment throughout the event.

Come learn about these magnificent species, how they keep themselves warm in harsh winter climates and what their favorite treats are at Hogle Zoo.

Cat lovers will receive a free cup of hot cocoa (while supplies last) and participate in a specialty themed cat craft and activities.

Snow Leopards use their long tails to protect their faces from wind and cold.
A tiger’s stripes are like finger prints: no two are exactly alike.

Hogle Zoo has numerous conservation partners working to save these beautiful species in the wild including the Snow Leopard Trust.
