“Requiem” to be performed by local choristers!
The Park City Interfaith Council invites you to a performance of John Rutter's "Requiem.". This production will feature more than 100 local choristers of all ages. Debra Cook, of the Utah Conservatory, will be the featured soloist of this hauntingly-beautiful composition, which draws from the Latin Requiem Mass and inspirations of biblical references, including the Book of Psalms. Award-winning Jonathan Griffith will lead the group as Guest Conductor.
Ms. Cook will be reprising her role at the Feb. 16th presentation of "Requiem" at Carnegie Hall, along with several members of this local, one-time production.
A donation of $15 at the door is suggested. Advance tickets are available at Park City Music for $10. Admission is free for students. Any/all donations are appreciated and will be applied towards production costs.
