Daniel Brondel, Organist and Associate Director of Music at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York City, continues the 26th season of the Eccles Organ Festival with a performance at Salt Lake City’s Cathedral of the Madeleine.
The 2019-2020 Eccles Organ Festival continues on Sunday, February 9th with Daniel Brondel, Organist and Associate Director of Music at St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York City. A native of southern France, Mr. Brondel enjoys a widely varied career as organist, pianist, choir director, and countertenor soloist. He has performed as a recitalist in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and Europe, and has also appeared as soloist in piano concertos of Mozart and Rachmaninoff, and organ concertos of Poulenc and Jongen. A prizewinning organist, he holds degrees from the Eastman School of Music and Georgia State University. Admission is free; donations to defray the cost of the concerts are most welcome.
