Join us for a Black History Month presentation. Galen Abdur-Razzaq is a master flutist and will present two engaging programs, "Women in Jazz" and "Jazz and the Civil Rights Movement". These programs will be presented with jazz pieces interspersed throughout.
Mr. Abdur-Razzaq studied at the Berklee College of Music. He holds a master’s degree in education and performing arts from Rutgers University and has collaborated with some of jazz music's greatest artists. He has performed at colleges and universities for more than 30 years. He is also a composer, arranger and recording artist.
