In honor of Pompeii: the Exhibition visiting Utah, we wanted to have some fun diving into the culture of ancient Rome, in particular, the decadent feasts that were notoriously paired with abundant libation and good cheer. This month, Chef Sam Fisher took inspiration from the epic feast of Tramalchio -- an over the top dinner described in the ancient Roman novel, the Satyricon. Join us for a trip to ancient Rome through food and wine hosted by Wine Academy of Utah - and we won't be mad if you show up in a toga!
