North Meets South, East Meets West

Presented by Salt Lake Symphonic Winds and Wasatch Winds Symphonic Band at Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center

The Salt Lake Symphonic Winds will perform a joint performance with the Wasatch Winds at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center. The group will perform on February 25 at 7:30pm.

The Salt Lake Symphonic Winds will perform a variety of arrangements under the direction of Thomas P. Rohrer. The ensemble will treat the audience to a variety of numbers, including Jim Curnow’s arrangement of John William’s The Cowboys, from the motion picture The Cowboy and The Girl. The repertoire will also include a performance of Fanfare for Fifty, composed by the group’s very own Director Thomas P. Rohrer. The Wasatch Winds will also perform a motion picture arrangement from the movie Magnificent Seven. Come join us for a joint performance that is sure to please.
