This English/Spanish play celebrates two languages and two cultures. It uses stories from Mexican culture to give hope to a mother in a border community who struggles to raise her son and daughter. When a Señora comes to Pedro’s home and shares the fantastical story of the enchanted serpent and the Mexican legend of Cucuy, the boy learns life lessons from her tales of wisdom.
