The best of both worlds. This workout brings integration from Yoga poses and Pilates moves that encourage strength, flexibility, balance, and power. Improve muscle strength as well as experiencing relaxation.
Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way.
Most people do not take the time to just stretch. It’s more of an afterthought. Stretching has many benefits though! Improves flexibility, injury prevention, muscle recovery, stress relief, and improves energy and mental state!

Member: $5.75 per class, or $69 for a 13-punch pass
Non-Member: $6.75 per class, or $80 for a 13-punch pass
Senior/Student: $5.25 per class, or $55 for a 13-punch pass
