Putting pen to paper offers a way to release thoughts and emotions that may be overwhelming us. Learn easy to do tools through writing that help manage stress and regain balance when confronted with change, loss and uncertainty. Expand understanding of self in order to have healthy and compassionate responses to your feelings.
For this virtual class, participants will email the teacher Ellyn Zografi, LMFT, (ellyn@sixwillows.com) to inform her you would like to participate and receive a weekly writing prompt. (to get her email please go to altaarts.org/events!) Join anytime. Weekly prompts will begin Wednesday April 1st. You will also be invited to join an online group conversation with other participants to discuss, give and get feedback about what came up for you. These discussions will occur every other Monday at 4:30 beginning Monday, April 6th. You can also choose to receive writing prompts and not participate in the group conversation.
