CANCELLED
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Summer Solstice Program has been canceled – The logistics required for social distancing while still providing sound and visuals during the program could not be adequately achieved in providing an enjoyable experience.
So while the dinner and formal program will not be occurring this year, the Summer Solstice Sun will continue to set down the center of the Parowan Gap as it has done for millions of years.
Everyone is welcome to visit on their own. If you decide to go out on your own to see the Summer Solstice sunset, it occurs shortly after 9:00 pm. And one can observe this from June 19-23.
If you do go out, please be courteous and respectful of others, including social distancing. And, most importantly, take care of the natural resources at Parowan Gap.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU NEXT YEAR!
