Kids learn the basics of the ukulele through fun camp songs from the included book, Two Chord Camp Songs for Kids written by instructor M. Ryan Taylor. Youth learn the four most common ukulele chords, a variety of strum patterns, how to read music from the Treble Clef, play a C-scale, and tune their ukulele. Support videos provided. Parents of younger children are welcome to attend free.

Get started on the ukulele and learn five songs in one day! Learn to tune, hold, strum and sing along with your ukulele. Songs taught include Swing Low Sweet Chariot, Amazing Grace, He’s Got the Whole World in His Hands and more. This is a fast-paced class, chock full of information, fun and practical info. Music, chord charts and support videos provided. NOTE: Children ages 9-12 are welcome to register for this class if accompanied by a registered adult learner. Instructor: M. Ryan Taylor
