Join a community of lifelong learners and explore the ukulele together!
During Summer 2020, Mundi Project is excited to launch Zoom Ukulele Classes! Taught by our experienced teaching artist and associate director Mindy Dillard, learners will learn chords, music theory, and songs via sheet music and tablature during a weekly class for a 4-week session. Learners will be able to interact in a live setting with the instructor, fellow classmates, and create a community with like-minded individuals!
Students ages 10 and above will be grouped according to skill level– adult learners welcome! For ages 5-9, we offer parent-child classes. Great for singers and instrumentalists with a Zoom showcase at the end of each session! Class sizes are small with only five students (or parent-child pairs) accepted per class, so sign up early!
***Tuition assistance and ukulele scholarships are available***
Register for July classes on our website by June 15th!
Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Therefore, completion of the form does not guarantee a spot in a class. We will contact you to confirm your status! Late registrations will be accepted and we will add you to a class or to a waitlist!
The full tuition cost is $100 for a weekly group class for a 4-week session. In order to provide access to all in our community, Mundi Project has developed a Pay-What-You-Can Tuition Assistance Scale. It allows you to adjust the percentage scale to set your own tuition for the class (all learners are required to pay a minimum of 10% tuition cost). Additionally, we are offering a Ukulele Scholarship for those who need help purchasing an instrument of their own. Mundi Project will allow you to adjust the scholarship amount up to 75% on a $50 instrument.
