Utah Vocal Arts Academy

Presented by Orem Public Library and Utah Humanities at Online/Virtual Space

As a woman, Louisa May Alcott was a pioneer on many fronts. In addition to being a successful novelist, her parents provided a stop on the Underground Railroad, she was a suffragist, a feminist, a Civil War nurse, and active in the temperance movement. Tonight we celebrate women in the arts by featuring songs by female composers and lyricists. You can catch this performance on the Orem Public Library’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/OremLibrary/

This event is made possible with support from Orem Public Library, Utah Vocal Arts, Academy, and Utah Humanities.
