Call for Biodegradable Natural Art for Art on the Trails, Sep. 5-13, 2020 // Get Out on the Trail & Create
Art on the Trails 2020 was developed in partnership with Basin Recreation and invites community members to create environmentally friendly artwork to place on the McLeod Creek Trail between the Copper Moose Farmstand and Temple Har Shalom at their leisure during the week of Sept. 5 to 13. Examples include flower garlands to hang from trees, totem poles made out of sticks or driftwood, leaf mandalas, bird houses made out of upcycled wood, painted rocks (using water based paint), rock sculptures, etc. The idea is to fill up this section of trail and fill it with artwork to create a fun and inspiring art walk for all to enjoy this September.
