Join us for a community talk co-hosted by Alta Ski Area & ACE about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Outdoors with Teresa Baker. She will speak on how companies as a whole are addressing DEI work in the current awareness culture. She will also speak to how the community of Alta may engage their community in DEI work.

Teresa Baker is the founder of the Outdoor CEO Diversity Pledge and has worked on matters of diversity and inclusion in the outdoors for years now. Her main focus is on equitable access to outdoor spaces and how companies and organizations can make outdoor spaces feel more welcoming to underserved communities.
