Join along with instructor Purnima Gandhi as she prepares a delicious Indian Cuisine from various regions of India. You will be introduced to spices and flavors of Indian cuisine. She will provide step-by-step instructions for each dish. This will be an interactive online class. Three recipes will be sent in advance so students can obtain all ingredients. All recipes will have instructions for preparing ingredients before class in order to follow along. She will talk about lentils, spices and other ingredients and techniques used in Indian cooking. We hope you will join her and be a part of her love of cooking.
