'The Storytellers Art Exhibition' highlights the stories and inspirations behind over 70 original works of art. Each piece has a story to tell in-and-of itself, but add to that an explanation of the artists thoughts, and you have a broader, more complete picture of what the work is truly about.

Storytelling is at the heart of all successful artwork. As humans we are all attracted to good stories. In fine art we tell a visual story that conveys a message or invokes an emotion. As "plein air" painters we become deeply acquainted with a scene and tirelessly study and translate it. Capturing the fleeting moments in nature only marks the beginning of  our journey to create paintings that are both powerful and poetic. In addition to multiple studies, a lot of revision and refinement need to take place before being able to convey the message we are after. Artists Ellie Wilson, Trijsten Leach, Charity Anderson and Tad Retz seek to share those captured moments with each of you through: The Storytellers Art Exhibition.
