It is open to all ages (but you must be 21 or over to purchase alcohol). Hours will be noon until 9pm on Saturday and noon to 6pm on Sunday.

UMC will be following all COVID-19 state and county guidelines. We are limiting the number of tickets available for each day. All guests will have their temperatures taken at the gate. All staff members will be wearing masks. Hand sanitizers will be available throughout the facility. Staff will be cleaning all areas and touchpoints regularly. Tables, chairs, etc will be spread out thoroughly. Six-foot spacing will be in place for all lines. UMC is a 511-acre venue so we have plenty of space for people to come out and have a great time but also keep their distance from others.

Admission will be free to everyone (But you MUST have a no-cost ticket); there is a $10 per car/motorcycle/etc, per day parking fee. All alcohol drinking attendees MUST purchase a “designated refill” mug, available in a 16-oz or 32-oz size.

Beer vendors will include a variety of 51 different local and regional brews, and we’ll even have (non-alcoholic) dog beer!

Food vendors will offer an a la carte array of German-themed delicacies; there will also be a traditional American style menu for those who aren’t feeling adventurous.

There will also be an area for local vendors to sell arts, crafts, and goods. We are currently seeking interested vendors to participate. For information, vendors should click here to fill out our vendor form.

During each day, UMC will offer more fun activities during Oktoberfest than you can possibly participate in! At the UMC Fun Center, we will have our customary Archery Tag, Rival (Nerf) Wars, and Dodgeball. There will also be a variety of activities held once each day such as Bingo, Drift Trike Racing, Stein Holding Competitions, Keg Bowling, Balloon Artist, Caricature Artists, Drift Ride-A-longs (depending availability), Hot Laps ride-A-Longs (depending availability) and more! Plus, the UMC Kart Center will be open all weekend for those with the need for speed!

General entertainment and German-themed entertainment will be plentiful as well.

For those who want to take home a memento, there will be some Oktoberfest-themed merchandise available for purchase!

If you want to bring a crowd and camp onsite for the event, there will be camping facilities available in the West Paddock, Midway, and on the lawn near the Event Center. If you’d like to reserve a spot, you can start the process by clicking here.

We will also welcome fans with dogs! There will be an enclosed dog-run area with water provided for our furry friends (and dog beer, as mentioned above)! Your dog MUST have a free ticket as well to attend. We are only releasing a limited number of dog tickets per event day so if they’re sold out then your furry friend will have to come another day!
