Genderevolution is Utah's only gender conference and was created by TransAction, a trans-led, trans-positive program of the Utah Pride Center. Genderevolution is proud to continue educating the masses and engaging our community in a virtual space for the first time since this awesome conference began. We are also expanding our one day event to two days, to better accommodate folx schedules and give the ability to see and attend more workshops than ever before! Genderevoution 2020 is open to everyone, trans, nonbinary, agender, bigender, genderqueer, questioning and is recommended to anyone working with the public, curious about gender and anyone else who wants to learn the social construct that is gender and how it affects us in every day life. We encourage teachers, health and medical professionals, social workers, doctors, lawyers, law enforcement, community educators, activists and everyone to attend to better understand gender and to better understand each other. Our theme this year is "Shattering Binaries" This is to teach us how to navigate the gray areas, the nuances in life, especially when gender is concerned. Not everything is binary, or black and white, we live in a world of uncertainty and Genderevolution is here to help us navigate those tough subtleties with kindness and respect for one another.
