Beethoven's 250th presented by Utah Valley Symphony Orchestra- CANCELLED

Presented by Utah Valley Youth Symphony at Covey Center for the Arts

In 2020-2021 Utah Valley Youth Symphony Orchestra celebrates Beethoven's 250th birthday with his Coriolan Overture and features UVYSO alumna, Leticia Oaks, violist, Los Angeles Philharmonic joined by violinist Blanka Bednarz, (faculty University of Utah and UVU) in Mozart's Sinfonia Concertante under the baton of its artistic director, Cheung Chau and conductor Matthew Wendell. UVYSO launches a celebration of its 60th anniversary with "A rage over a Lost Penny" arranged especially for UVYSO by James Dumas, and one of UVYSO's beloved works, Bizet's L'Arlesienne Suite No. 1.
