An children’s introductory art class.

In-Person/On-Site Only
This is the recommended course for children who have never taken art classes before. Children will learn basic art terminology and practice new techniques with a variety of mediums, including pastels, watercolor, colored pencils, and more. This is a 15 week course, with the first day being August 31st. This course will be in-person only, and will be taught on-site at here Visual Art Institute. The only virtual option for children’s classes will be our colored pencil class on Wednesday evenings, see the class description below! Health and safety guidelines are in place for all in-person classes, which include mandatory masks and keeping work spaces at least 6 feet apart. Please see our full list of our rules here.
